Senior Content Writer-Hindi

1. Position Overview:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hindi writer to join our team for writing accurate and contextually appropriate text that will contribute to enhancing the linguistic capabilities of our client’s AI systems. This is a critical position that requires a clear understanding of writing in the context of natural language processing, linguistics, and machine learning.

2. Required Qualifications and Skill Set -

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in writing, reviewing, and editing high-quality content in Hindi in one/or more of the writing styles, genres and formats mentioned below
2. AI Response Writing and Rewriting
3. Instruction Following
4. Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Hindi and/or a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Hindi
5. Strong command over written and spoken Hindi (Advanced Level including fluency in writing, expressing complex ideas, using sophisticated vocabulary and grammar, writing detailed and well-structured texts)
6. Proficiency in Writing, Reading and Speaking English (Intermediate to Advanced level)
7. Passion for language, creativity, and innovation, and a strong desire to push the boundaries of possibilities with AI-generated content
8. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work through problems systematically
9. Strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

3. Responsibilities

1. Write, Rewrite and Rate AI generated responses on various topics as per the customer guidelines
2. Compare responses, identify errors or guideline deviations, and rewrite the responses to rectify the errors or deviations
3. Experience in using specific guidelines or style guides for factuality, style, and formatting
4. Ensure adherence to QA framework and participate in the QA process when applicable
5. Conduct linguistic research and analysis to identify and address language-related challenges and improve the performance of AI models
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers, sharing expertise and helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
7. The tasks will need to be performed on a client-owned platform

4. The ideal candidate:

1. A strong background in Hindi Content Writing
2. Strong writing, rewriting, editing, rating and content review skills in Hindi along with proficiency in English
3. The ability to perform secondary research
4. Should be flexible with shift hours, working days and overtime in case of business needs
5. Comfortable with working from the office
6. Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and business needs
7. Strong team player who can work effectively with colleagues across departments
8. Willing to share knowledge and support team members
9. Ability to handle constructive feedback and work towards continuous improvement
10. Demonstrate strong work ethics, integrity and accountability
11. Comfortable working on sensitive/objectionable content if required
