JioStar is seeking a Senior UX Writer / Content Designer to drive the vision for product language across JioHotstar’s platforms. This role involves collaborating with design teams, shaping communication across user journeys, and ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.

As a Senior UX Writer / Content Designer, you will set up, drive, and own the vision for product language across JioHotstar’s consumer and enterprise platforms. You will shape communication across user journeys, craft copy systems that scale, and ensure every word delivers clarity, consistency, and brand personality. Beyond writing, you will define and evolve systemic frameworks: from voice and tone guidelines to terminology libraries and partner with cross‑functional teams to make language a strategic lever for product and brand. Your work will ensure that JioHotstar feels world‑class: clean, legible, intuitive, and human across mobile, TV, web, and enterprise experiences.
Design is one of the key teams at JioHotstar. We have 4 key areas of focus - Product Design, UX Research, Design Standards and Creative Studio. We are a closely-knit team of 30+ people at the moment, who work across the spectrum of design from deriving insight from data, designing interfaces and prototypes, and testing with users to motion graphics and illustrations.
5–8 years of professional experience in UX writing, content design, or related fields, with a portfolio that demonstrates clarity, craft, storytelling, and strategic impact in digital products.
