Job summary

Vistex in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Consulting Manager to lead large-scale SAP/Vistex implementations and regional rollouts, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals. You will manage cross-functional teams, craft blueprints, and drive continuous improvement in delivery standards.

You will partner with executives to translate complex requirements into solution designs, mentor consultants, and steer projects from design through go-live and post-production support across APAC and other markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 10–15 years SAP SD with pricing, OTC, LIS, and general configuration.
• Extensive experience with SAP MM and purchasing processes.
• Proven track record in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Experience with a large consulting firm preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Vistex Senior Consulting Manager leads large-scale consulting projects and international SAP/Vistex rollouts, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic business goals. It requires deep SAP functional expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Implement SAP solution extensions for customers across assigned regions.
• Lead initial SAP/Vistex implementations and manage complex international rollouts.
• Develop Business Blueprints, functional specifications, and solution design documents.
• Translate complex business requirements into SAP SD/MM configurations using Vistex solutions.
• Conduct Business Blueprint workshops and independently manage the end-to-end solution lifecycle from Design, Realization, Cutover, and Go‑Live through Post-Production Support.
• Collaborate with customer project teams, implementation partners, offshore resources, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants, ensuring effective resource utilization and high‑quality project contributions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing strategic recommendations, SAP best practices, and tailored Vistex solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives and business leaders.
• Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization, simplification, and automation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal and external teams to define and execute solution roadmaps.
• Establish delivery standards, drive best practices, and contribute to the development of reusable industry solution templates.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, and escalations while defining and documenting effective resolution strategies.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and present recommendations and transformation strategies to customers.
• Conduct business and solution assessments for global implementations and regional rollouts, including APAC and other international markets.
• Support pre‑sales and business development activities through customer presentations, marketing events, and information sessions.
• Drive knowledge‑sharing initiatives and mentor team members on SAP and Vistex solutions.
• Stay current with SAP and Vistex product capabilities, market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor solutions.
