EY Bangalore seeks a Senior Consultant for National-Tech Consulting focusing on Microsoft technologies. You will design, develop, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, build APIs, and work with Azure services to connect ERP and enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions, while ensuring best practices and deployment readiness in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Formación

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and third-party systems.
• Build RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Custom APIs, Plugins, and Azure Functions.
• Design integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and Azure Functions.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

Technical Excellence

• We are seeking a highly skilled CRM + Integration Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise integration technologies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions while integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and middleware platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and third-party systems. Build RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Custom APIs, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Azure Functions. Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and Azure Functions. Design and implement synchronous and asynchronous integrations. Work with Power Platform components including Power Automate and Dataverse. Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, business rules, security roles, dashboards, and workflows. Develop JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Ribbon Customizations, and PCF Controls where required. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Prepare technical documentation and deployment plans.
