Job summary

Ernst & Young LLP ( EY India ) is seeking a Senior Consultant in National Tech Consulting (CNS - TC) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise integrations in Bangalore. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable CRM solutions while integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise apps using Azure Services and APIs.

You will design and implement integrations, build APIs, and work with Power Platform components, Dataverse, and PCF controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science required.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) preferred.
• Strong CRM integration and API development background.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and third‑party systems.

Your key responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM + Integration Developer with hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise integration technologies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions while integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and middleware platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and third‑party systems.
• Build RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Custom APIs, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Azure Functions.
• Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and Azure Functions.
• Design and implement synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
• Work with Power Platform components including Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, business rules, security roles, dashboards, and workflows.
• Develop JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Ribbon Customizations, and PCF Controls where required.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment plans.
