Job summary

o9 Solutions is looking for a Consultant/Senior level in Bangalore to lead Demand or Supply Planning implementations. Hybrid work setup with strong focus on delivering scalable planning solutions using the o9 platform.

You will engage in blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live and post-implementation support for global clients, leveraging Excel/Power BI for analysis and presentations. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected.

Role: Consultant/Senior - Demand or Supply Planning

Location:Bangalore, Hybrid
Work hours:Regular Shift

What youll do for us

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9s solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.
• Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving any customer issues in a timely fashion, ensuring accuracy of data loads and validating the e2e workflows.
• Identify any design issues in the existing setup and co-ordinate with other o9 consultants to solve the business problem. Be the single point of contact for any platform-level upgrade/patch/hot fix.
• Configure the o9 platform based on change requests/enhancements post go-live and deliver them to solve deep operations/supply chain problems.
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases. Work on bugs/issues and track progress in resolving them using the support tool.
• Support Super User and End User training, for a global user base.
• Actively help improve internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams.

What youll have

• Experience: 4+ years of total experiece with atleast2+ years of experiencewithimplementing planning applicationsis a MUST.
• Education: Btech/BE/MCA/Mtech
• Languages: SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar are desirable.
• Skills: Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts includingDemand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.
• Deep experience inend-to-end lifecycle of implementation; phases such asblueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live
• Hands on experience withimplementing solutionsfor one or more key retail planning processes such as Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Allocations, Replenishment and Retail Forecasting
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation
• Good to have certifications inretail planning, supply chain planning, TOGAF
• Characteristics: Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain. Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your view point to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure. Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key. Ability to simplify complexity
