Principal Global Services in Pune, India is seeking a Senior Consultant - Software Engineering to drive innovation and deliver robust, scalable solutions. You will lead architecture-driven development across On-Prem and Cloud environments, with emphasis on security, performance, and integration.

The role requires deep SDLC expertise and hands-on work in Java/Python, Java ecosystems, and modern DevOps practices, with opportunity to shape patterns and standards across projects.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of background in Application Development with emphasis on security, performance, and scalability of On-Prem and Cloud-based apps.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, including guidelines and common challenges.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Cloud, DevOps, Scripting, ReactJS, Spring Boot, Databases, Security, Monitoring, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Dynatrace, and related tools.
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a proven track record of successful development.
• Strong build documentation, presentation, and diagram creation skills.
• High competence, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Hands-on development experience in languages such as Java or Python and experience developing application patterns.
