We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MDG Senior Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Master Data Governance (MDG), with a strong focus on Business Partner and Material expertise across standard master data domains. The consultant will play a critical role in guiding our clients through the implementation and optimization of SAP MDG solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

- Conduct workshops to gather requirements and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand enterprise master data needs.

- Configure and implement MDG frameworks, including MDGFPM configuration and integration with SAP S/4HANA.

- Develop and maintain data models, ensuring high data quality and governance standards.

- Provide expert guidance on SAP MDG functionalities, including mass processing, consolidation, and central governance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery, from feasibility studies to go-live phases.

- Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG, with a proven track record of at least 3 full cycle implementations.

- Expertise in Business Partner and Material domains within SAP MDG.

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA ABAP and MDGFPM configuration.

- Familiarity with data management strategies for both on-premise and cloud environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with MDG-RFM, MDG-EAM, and integration with solutions like SAP Ariba.

- Knowledge of hybrid landscapes and MDG cloud functionalities.
