Key Responsibilities

• Delivering one‑to‑one evidence‑based psychotherapeutic interventions online and offline
• Potentially working with corporates both online and offline
• Administering psychometric assessments (intelligence, personality, and other psychological tests), scoring, interpreting, and reporting the same
• Conceptualizing and delivering specialized workshops and webinars
• Developing and engaging with specialized clinical protocols
• Content research and development for proprietary products
• Supervising and monitoring online forums (e.g., communities)
• Leadership, training, and supervision of new members of the team

Skills Qualifications

• MPhil (with 0‑10 yrs of work experience) in Clinical Psychology, Rehab Psychiatry Social Work
