Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Project Management) or equivalent practical experience. PMP certification preferred.
• Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex global learning content projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with stakeholders across various functions and regions to understand learning needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Drive change leadership within learning content development processes, fostering adoption of new tools, methodologies, and best practices.
