Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Oracle EBS Procurement expert to implement, configure, and support P2P processes across multi‑org environments.

You will gather business requirements, translate them into Oracle EBS solutions, design approvals and workflows (AME), and collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with INV, AP, and GL.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Procurement modules.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay business processes.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 (preferred).
• Knowledge of approvals management (AME), workflows, and security roles.
• Experience in multi-org environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Prepare functional documents (BRD, MD050, setup documents, test scripts).
• Perform unit testing, system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW objects.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS Procurement modules including Purchasing (PO) and iProcurement (iProc).
• Sourcing activities (if applicable) and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle support.
• Configure procurement setups such as purchasing options, controls, approval hierarchies, workflows, and PO types.
• Manage buyers, suppliers, and sourcing rules.
• Integrate Procurement with Inventory, AP, GL, and iExpenses.
• Prepare BRD, MD050, setup documents, and test scripts.
• Perform testing, UAT, and production deployment; liaise with business users and IT.
• Troubleshoot procurement, approval, and supplier-related issues; ensure internal controls and audit compliance.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
