Job summary

Metayb in India is seeking a Senior Consultant – SAP PPQM to lead SAP PP and QM implementations, gather requirements, and deliver scalable solutions across PP and QM.

The role requires strong functional knowledge, hands-on configuration, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders. It involves travel to Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt and South Africa and expects alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with SAP PP and QM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/QM implementations, enhancements, rollouts and support.
• Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses.
• Configure PP processes: MRP, production planning, orders, capacity.
• Configure QM processes: quality planning, inspections, usage decisions.
• Ensure smooth PP/QM integration with MM, SD and other modules.
• Prepare specs and coordinate with tech teams for builds.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Provide end-user support and create functional docs.

Job Title: Senior Consultant - SAP PPQM

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – SAP PPQM to lead and support SAP Production Planning and Quality Management solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, understanding manufacturing processes, and delivering effective SAP solutions across PP and QM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on SAP PP and QM implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support activities.
• Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Configure and support SAP PP processes, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), production planning, production orders, and capacity planning.
• Configure and support SAP QM processes, including quality planning, inspection lots, inspection results, usage decisions, and quality notifications.
• Ensure smooth integration of PP and QM with SAP MM, SD, and other relevant modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot SAP functional issues and provide timely solutions.
• Support end users and prepare functional documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve production planning and quality management processes.
• Work independently on assigned deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Production Planning and Quality Management.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP and QM configuration.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management workflows.
• Experience in integration with SAP MM, SD, and related modules.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently without team management responsibilities.
• Ability to work according to WAT time zone (12 PM to 9 PM) & Willingness to travel to Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt and South Africa.
