Senior Consultant – Oracle EPM Cloud Data Integrations (Consolidations / Planning)

Argano is seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Integration Consultant to design, develop, and implement data integration solutions for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Oracle Planning, FCC, and Reconciliation. The role includes managing mid‑to‑large‑size client engagements, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to the growth of the consulting practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data integration solutions for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud, and Oracle Account Reconciliation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements; conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and efficiencies.
• Implement and configure data integration processes using tools such as Oracle Data Exchange, Oracle Data Management, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data integration issues.
• Offer expert advice on technology solutions and tools that enhance client operations, helping clients make informed decisions on new technology adoption and implementation.
• Perform data mapping, validation, and unit testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to clients for successful adoption of data integration solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data integration and Oracle EPM Cloud technologies.
• Continuously monitor implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization; provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MBA, relevant master’s degree, or PhD – a plus.

Experience

• 5–10 years of consulting experience or in a related field.
• Experience leading 8–10 full‑lifecycle Oracle Data Integration implementations.
• Hands‑on experience implementing Oracle Data Exchange, Oracle Data Management, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience leading a team of consultants and managing deliverables.
• Strong experience in scripting languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.
• Experience with Data Exchange loading data and metadata – required.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred consulting experience in a similar role with a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level.
• Previous experience in IT companies.
• In‑depth knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management Data Integration Implementation Certified Professional – preferred.
• Other Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management Implementation Specialist certifications (Planning, Consolidations, Reconciliations, Narrative Reporting) – desired.
