Job summary

Argano is seeking a Lead Consultant ARCS to drive strategic technology initiatives and client engagements in our Hyderabad delivery hub. You will apply deep Oracle EPM/BI expertise to design, implement and optimize solutions, while guiding teams and managing budgets.

You will mentor over teams, assess risks, and collaborate with senior client executives to deliver value and growth opportunities. Strong communication and global delivery experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• MBA or relevant master's degree or PhD expected.
• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 5+ years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM/BI.
• Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS).
• Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) preferred.
• Experience with FCC Cloud preferred.
• Experience with Data Management or FDMEE desired.
• Experience with Smart View required.
• Experience with Narrative Reporting desired.
• Experience with Essbase 21c preferred.

Oracle EPM - Lead Consultant ARCS

JOB SUMMARY:

A Lead Consultant at Argano is part of the consulting family, responsible for providing strategic technology consulting services to clients or within the organization, leading major strategic initiatives, and managing key client relationships. They apply extensive experience and knowledge of a client's business or an area of technology to help them make improvements in how they operate, most frequently to help them grow revenue or become more profitable. They offer recommendations for entering new markets, making existing products more competitive or implementing operational improvements. They indirectly be mentors to other areas and grades.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more areas of consulting technology.
• Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to assess their needs and challenges and provide expert recommendations and solutions. Lead major client engagements and oversee project portfolios.
• Design, develop and implement the solution in the technology solution to meet the client needs.
• Lead and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet quality standards.
• Provide direct and indirect mentorship and guidance to other teams and consultants, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in systems and propose mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate and select technology vendors, products, and services that best meet the organization's needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and innovations and assess their relevance to the organization.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
• MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD (technical accounting, management system, Business Admin, etc.) expected.

EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 5+ years of implementation experience or hands-on administration with Oracle EPM/BI solutions is required
• Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
• Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud (previously PBCS or EPBCS) preferred
• Experience with Oracle Financial Close and Consolidations (FCC) Cloud preferred
• Experience with Oracle Data Management or FDMEE desired
• Experience with Smart View required
• Experience with Narrative Reporting desired
• Experience with Essbase 21c (on prem or cloud) preferred
• Extensive experience in consulting or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Different roles such as consultant, network administration, system analysis, or project management.
• Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.
• In-depth knowledge of the technologies and systems relevant.

The ability to interact effectively with senior client executives is important.
