Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering is required.
• Experience with Microservices and Node.js is essential.
• Knowledge of e-commerce development, monitoring, site flow and back-end services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the issue identified and gather relevant information.
• Check logs and debug the issue to identify root cause.
• Troubleshoot and triage issues with urgency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve incidents.
• Ensure service restoration or apply remedies promptly.
• Open bridge calls for major incidents (P1) and track closure.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for root cause, corrective and preventive actions.
