Job summary

Primary Skills: 5–8 years of experience implementing Informatica MDM solutions with expertise in architecture, data modeling, match & merge, data quality, integrations, performance optimization, and enterprise MDM delivery. Experience engaging with business stakeholders to define MDM requirements.

Good to Have: Experience in data modeling using ERwin or ER/Studio, IDQ, PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Azure/AWS, APIs, and Agile delivery.

• Establish best practices, frameworks, and reusable ponents for IDMC implementations
• Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including hybrid data integration strategies
• Implement data governance frameworks, data quality rules, and validation processes across IDMC pipelines
• Ensure Compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards
• Monitor and improve data accuracy, lineage, and metadata management
• Optimize data workflows and pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot plex data integration issues, production failures, and performance bottlenecks
• Manage Secure Agents, runtime environments, and connectivity across hybrid ecosystems
• Provide L2/L3 support and ensure adherence to SLAs for critical data systems
• Integrate IDMC with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, and data lakes
• Develop API integrations, data ingestion pipelines, and syndication mechanisms
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern data warehouses
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior engineers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solution
• Drive Agile delivery, SDLC processes, and documentation standards
