Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Consultant - ForgeRock Access Management with 5+ years of IAM/CIAM expertise to design, implement, and support enterprise CIAM solutions using ForgeRock AM and Ping AIC.

The role involves configuring SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML, integrating applications, and collaborating with security and infrastructure teams to deliver secure identity solutions across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM/CIAM consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, and identity security.

• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on ForgeRock and Ping Identity implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM/CIAM solutions using Ping AIC and ForgeRock AM.
• Configure authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and federation protocols.
• Develop authentication journeys and identity workflows within ForgeRock/Ping environments.
• Integrate applications with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and REST APIs.

• Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, and security assessments.

Senior Consultant - ForgeRock Access Management

We are seeking aConsultant / Senior Consultantwith strong expertise inPing Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) / ForgeRock Identity CloudandForgeRock Access Management (AM). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting modern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions, enabling secure authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM and CIAM solutions usingPing Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC)andForgeRock Access Management (AM).
  
• Configure and manage authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), adaptive authentication, and federation protocols.
  
• Develop and customize authentication journeys, access policies, and identity workflows within ForgeRock/Ping environments.
  
• Integrate applications with identity platforms using standards such asOAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and REST APIs.
  
• Work closely with application, security, and infrastructure teams to onboard applications into the IAM ecosystem.

Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) – Advanced

• Strong experience in implementing and administering ForgeRock Identity Cloud / Ping AIC solutions.
  
• Expertise in authentication journeys, identity orchestration, social login integration, and customer identity management.
  

ForgeRock Access Management (AM) – Advanced

• Hands-on experience with access management, federation, SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and policy enforcement.
  
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and identity federation concepts.
  
• Strong scripting experience for custom authentication trees, journey nodes, policy logic, and API integrations.
  
• Familiarity with AWS services, cloud networking, security concepts, and cloud-hosted IAM deployments.
  

Preferred Skills

Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) – Advanced

• Experience designing customer-centric identity solutions with a focus on security, scalability, and user experience.
