Job summary

Volto Consulting seeks an IAM Architect with ForgeRock expertise to design, customize and develop IAM integrations for large-scale deployments. You will lead architecture, design and implementation of IAM solutions while interacting with clients in on-site and offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering, workshops, vendor interactions, mentoring juniors, and contributing to thought leadership in IAM technologies while driving RFP support and business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IAM, with ForgeRock expertise.
• Experience delivering large-scale IAM implementations in client environments.
• Ability to work in on-site and offshore delivery models and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Customize, configure and develop IAM integrations.
• Architect, design and implement large-scale IAM solutions.
• Interact with clients across on-site and offshore delivery models.
• Debug and troubleshoot IAM issues; interact with technology vendors.
• Mentor junior resources and explore new IAM technologies.
• Contribute to eminence activities, e.g., IAM whitepapers.
• Lead requirements gathering and design docs by conducting workshops across on-site/offshore delivery.
• Continue IAM integrations per requirements and manage deliverables end-to-end.
• Lead IAM strategy engagements including roadmaps and vendor selection.
• Assist in RFPs and sales processes to enable business development.
• Spearhead exploration of new IAM trends and technologies.
• Participate in campus and lateral recruitment.

About the Role

• Advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues including interacting with technology vendors

• Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite offshore delivery model for multiple projects
• Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion
• Lead IAM strategy engagements (IAM roadmap, vendor selection etc.)
• Enabling business development by assisting in RFP and sales processes
• Spearhead exploring new IAM trends and technologies
