Job summary

capSpire in India seeks a Senior Consultant – Endur Functional to join our fast-growing Endur practice. You will lead functional implementations, design and test Endur configurations, and collaborate across client teams to deliver end-to-end solutions in energy markets.

The role requires 4+ years of Endur experience, strong consulting skills, and the ability to work across multiple time zones. Travel to client sites will be required periodically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on Endur experience as consultant, business analyst, functional specialist, QA specialist, or IT support with V19+.
• Willingness to travel to onsite client locations and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine business requirements for Endur modules and identify improvement potential.
• Contribute to functional design, configuration, testing, and support transition of Endur implementations.
• Support existing Endur solutions with bug fixes and enhancements.
• Document requirements, designs, test plans/results, and other project deliverables.
• Follow best practices and standards for all project outputs.
• Collaborate with technical teams for Endur customisations per client needs.
• Provide industry and functional advisory on Endur capabilities.
• Apply resourcing techniques based on project needs and team skills.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders; manage changes.

About the role

We are currently growing our ETRM/CTRM Endur practice and are looking for experienced Endur Consultants withexpertisein Commodity or Energy markets and Trading and Risk Management System Implementations. You will bepart of the teaminvolved inimplementation/upgrade/supportof Endur, bringing SME knowledge in dealmodelling, deal valuations, risk management, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting for commodities and energy. You will ensure successful project delivery, employingconsultancyand best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and prospects todeterminebusiness requirements and processes to be addressed by key areas of the Endur solution, with the ability toidentifyimprovement potential and drive change management.
• Work as part of a team on the functional implementation, encompassing design, configuration, functionaltestingand support transition to operations of Endur solution.
• Support existing solutions for bug fixes,enhancementsand operations.
• Document business requirements, implementation designs, test plans/results, and other deliverables required by the project.
• Follow best practices, documentation standards, and resolution process flow for all deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical teams to createcustomisationsbased on specific client needs
• Provide industry and functional advisory as needed.
• Applyappropriate resourcingtechniques given project-specific needs, risks, and differences in core project team member skill levels and relevant modules to be delivered in client projects.
• Maintain highly effective communication with client and internal stakeholders and adept in handling business changes and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Provide guidance and training on Endur functionality and general ETRM/CTRM topics.

• Endur Modules:Good workingknowledge in key modules of Endur and commodity/energy operationswith working knowledge of V19 and above.
• Endur Risk Management: Knowledge of Endur riskandvaluationfunctionalityincluding results (MTM,PnL, VAR), and EOD automation (TPM and Services Manager).
• EndurCustomisation: Deep knowledge of standard andcustomisationapproaches for implementation of requirements, support for reporting, building complex desktops, APM pages, and pre/post-processing logic.
• Endur Architecture:Understanding ofEndur architecture and best implementation practices tooptimizeits strengths for the client solution.
• Functional Knowledge:Strong functionalknowledge andunderstanding ofGas, Power, Renewables, LNG or Crude and Refined Products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience in a related field
• 4+ years hands-on with Endur as aconsultant, business analyst,functionalspecialist, QAspecialistor IT support specialist with working knowledge of V19 and above.
• At least4+ years of industry work experience.
• Good workingunderstanding of various functional areas and relevant modules of Endur.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive testing and quality assurance activities tovalidatethe functionality, performance, and reliability of Endur solutions.
• Workedas part of a cross-cultural/geographical team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
• Workedas part of a project team structure and deliveredresults with limited guidance.
• Ability to travel to onsite client locations for limited time as per project requirement.

Preferred Experience

• Subject matter expert or functional consultantin CommodityTrading,Riskor Logistics business areasin large enterprise environments.
• Worked in Front, Middle or Back Office functions with specialty in any of the following: Trading (Derivatives,Physical), Risk (Market, Credit, Operational, Compliance),Logistics (Pipeline, Vessel, Nomination)or Settlements (AR/AP Process, Invoice Management).
• Experience with EndurgMotionorcMotionmodules would beadvantageous.
