EPAM Systems, Inc. in Mumbai seeks a Senior Collibra Engineer to design, implement, and optimize data governance solutions. You will leverage Collibra, BPMN, and integration platforms to build robust workflows and enable a mature governance framework.

Work in an Agile team, develop CI/CD pipelines, document in Confluence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires 8–12 years IT experience with 5–10 years in Collibra, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years IT experience with 5–10 years in Collibra or similar data governance tools.
• Technical degree in IT/CS to validate experience.
• Expertise in Collibra Platform and Collibra Workflow Designer.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tooling.
• Experience with MuleSoft and SnapLogic integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and independent work mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data governance solutions using the Collibra Platform and BPMN.
• Build and optimize BPMN workflows to support governance processes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline Collibra delivery.
• Develop conceptual and logical data models for governance initiatives.
• Integrate Collibra with enterprise systems using MuleSoft and SnapLogic.
• Create and maintain documentation in Confluence; publish Jira filters/views.
