Neilsoft is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Civil Draftsman in Pune with 1-5 years of experience to prepare structural drawings, GA plans, and reinforcement detailing. You will work closely with structural engineers and design teams to ensure drawings meet project specs and client requirements.

The role requires hands-on AutoCAD drafting, knowledge of RCC elements, and sharp accuracy in dimensions, levels, and standards to deliver quality drawings on schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare structural engineering drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
• Develop GA drawings including foundation plans and beam layouts.
• Prepare structural sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare reinforcement detailing drawings for beams, columns, slabs, footings.
• Read and interpret structural design drawings and markups.
• Prepare reinforcement details and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Incorporate design changes based on engineering inputs and client comments.
• Ensure accuracy of dimensions, levels, and drafting standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers and project teams to resolve queries.
• Maintain drawing quality, revision control, and timely deliverables.

Job Summary

Neilsoft is looking for skilled AutoCAD Civil Draftsmen with experience in preparing structural engineering drawings, detailing, and construction documentation. The candidate will work closely with structural engineers and design teams to develop accurate structural drawings in accordance with project specifications, engineering standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare structural engineering drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
2. Develop structural General Arrangement (GA) drawings, including foundation plans, column layouts, beam layouts, and slab layouts.
3. Prepare structural sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
4. Prepare reinforcement detailing drawings for beams, columns, slabs, footings, and other structural elements.
5. Read and interpret structural design drawings, sketches, and engineering markups.
6. Prepare reinforcement details, bar layouts, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), wherever required.
7. Incorporate design changes and revisions based on engineering inputs and client comments.
8. Ensure accuracy of dimensions, levels, annotations, drawing scales, and drafting standards.
9. Coordinate with structural engineers and project teams to resolve technical and drawing-related queries.
10. Maintain drawing quality, revision control, and timely project deliverables.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D.
• Knowledge of structural drawings and detailing.
• Understanding of RCC structural elements such as beams, columns, slabs, footings, and foundations.
• Ability to read and interpret structural GA drawings and reinforcement details.
• Knowledge of reinforcement detailing and Bar Bending Schedules.
• Understanding of structural sections, elevations, dimensions, and levels.
• Familiarity with drawing standards, layers, blocks, and annotation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to precast concrete drawings and reinforcement detailing will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Revit Structure or Tekla Structures will be an advantage.
• Understanding of international drafting standards and construction documentation.

Qualification & Experience

• BE/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Candidates with experience in structural consultancy, engineering services, or construction companies will be preferred.

Candidates should have practical hands-on experience in Structural AutoCAD drafting rather than only basic AutoCAD training.
