Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of medical coding experience.
• Strong ability to interpret medical records across multiple specialties.
• Proficient in ICD-10-CM and CPT coding conventions, with emphasis on ER coding.
• Experience with EMR systems EPIC and Cerner.
• Familiarity with coding software 3M, Trucode and Optum.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel.

• Meet monthly targets with >95% accuracy.
• Attend QA/Team meetings and communicate with QA.
