Job summary

Cocoyaya in Delhi seeks an experienced Senior CNC Programmer to manage the CNC shop during the fixed night shift. You will program, optimize, and supervise operations, drive productivity, and ensure quality and safety across the night shift.

The role requires leadership, troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience with CNC tooling and setup. Growth opportunities exist in a manufacturing environment in Okhla area.

Qualifications

• Nine or more years of CNC programming and machine shop experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, setting and machining processes.
• Experience in cycle-time reduction and rejection control.
• Good manpower handling and team-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a CNC shop during the night shift.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete CNC machine shop during the night shift.
• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs per production requirements.
• Reduce cycle time and improve overall productivity.
• Monitor production quality and control/reduce rework and rejections.
• Identify machine and process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to production needs.
• Ensure proper machine setup, tooling, and programming.
• Train and guide CNC operators and junior programmers.
• Coordinate handover with the day shift and maintain shift reports.
• Ensure safety and smooth workflow during the night shift.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior CNC Programmer who can independently manage the overall CNC machine shop during the fixed night shift. The candidate will be responsible for CNC programming, production efficiency, quality control, manpower management, and smooth execution of night-shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and supervise the complete CNC machine shop during the night shift.
• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs as per production requirements.
• Reduce machine cycle time and improve overall productivity.
• Monitor production quality and control/reduce rejection and rework.
• Identify machine/process issues and take corrective actions.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine utilization, output, and production targets.
• Ensure proper setting, tooling, and programming of CNC machines.
• Train and guide CNC operators, setters, and junior programmers.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and smooth workflow during the night shift.
• Coordinate with the day-shift/production team for proper handover and pending work.
• Maintain production and rejection-related reports.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Experience: 9+ years in CNC programming/machine shop operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, setting, and machining processes.
• Experience in cycle-time reduction and rejection control.
• Good manpower handling and team-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a CNC shop during the night shift.
