Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Security Cloud).
• Strong understanding of Access Certifications, Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC.
• Experience supporting integrations: JDBC connectors, file-based connectors, REST APIs.
• Familiar with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, MFA (Duo), BeyondTrust PAM.
• Experience with ITIL-based support environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow preferred.
• Exposure to HR-driven identity processes (Workday integrations).

Job description

5 -7 years of experience in ldentity Governance & Administration (IGA).

Experience supporting applications integrations using:

Experience troubleshooting identity and account reconciliation issues

Working knowledge of.:

• 1. Microsoft Entra ID
• 2. Okta
• 3. MFA solutions such as Duo
• 4. Privileged Access Management solutions such as BeyondTrusp

Functional Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting certification campaigns and governance processes.
• Ability to collaborate across infrastructure, application, ane-security teams.
• Experience working in ITIL-based support environments.

Familiarity with ServiceNow is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint ldentityNgw certifications (preferred)
• Experience with provisioning /de-provisioning automation initiatives.
• Exposure to HR-driven identity processes (e.g., Workday integrations).

Experience supporting enterprise-scale IAM/IGA environments.
