About You: Strong knowledge of villa construction and finishing works. Expertise in RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and façade works. Attention to detail in high-end finishes. Ability to manage multiple villas simultaneously. Good coordination and communication skills. Problem-solving and decision‑making capability. Familiarity with MS Project/Primavera is an added advantage. Timely completion of villas as per schedule. High-quality finishes with minimal rework. Effective coordination with stakeholders. Accurate reporting and documentation.
