Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an Executive - EHS to supervise site activities with emphasis on civil works and MEP. You will support the Project Manager, ensure safety, quality, and timely execution on site across civil tasks.

The role requires strong communication in English and local language, proficiency in MS Office, and a collaborative approach within a multinational real estate services environment. We offer growth and a balanced, inclusive culture.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities with focus on civil works.
• Assist Project Manager in execution of civil activities.
• Execute work at site per drawings and specifications.
• Prepare MIS reports (daily).
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Monitor contractor work and progress.
• Assist QA/QC to ensure quality parameters.

Job Description

• Supervise daily activities at site mainly concentrating on civil works.
• Assist Project Manager in execution of civil activities.
• Execute work at site as per the drawings and specification.
• Prepare MIS report (Daily report)
• Coordinate with contractor ensuring quality of execution with safety and timely completion of job as per schedule.
• Monitor contractor’s work.
• Assist QA/QC – in charge ensuring quality parameters are met.

Other Skills:

• Should have good communication skills. Should be able to speak, read and write in English and local language.
• Should have strong knowledge of MS office.
