Our Enterprise Business Systems Group is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Billing & Quote to Cash to join our team connecting technology with evolving business needs. This role will serve as a senior business systems analyst supporting TNS's billing applications and end-to-end quote-to-cash processes. The position will partner closely with Finance, Commercial, Product, Sales Operations, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable system and process solutions across quoting, ordering, billing, invoicing, and related revenue processes. The successful candidate will develop deep functional and technical knowledge of the applications that enable TNS's quote-to-cash capabilities, with particular emphasis on Salesforce and Expedite Commerce and their integration with other enterprise and billing systems. The analyst will act as a subject matter expert for one or more applications and will help ensure that systems, integrations, data, and business processes work together effectively across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. The role will support both strategic initiatives and ongoing application improvement, including new products and capabilities, system enhancements, process optimization, integration activities, and resolution of complex application and business-process issues. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will work directly with business stakeholders, application teams, developers, and quality assurance resources throughout the solution lifecycle, including requirements definition, process and data analysis, functional design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support. Experience with TNS's business, products, customers, and billing environment is a strong plus.
What You Will Do In Your Role Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable business and system requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert for applications and processes supporting billing and the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle, including quoting, ordering, product/service configuration, billing, invoicing, and related downstream processes. Develop deep functional knowledge of Salesforce, Expedite Commerce, and related applications and integrations supporting TNS's commercial and billing ecosystem. Analyze complex business processes, system interactions, data flows, and integration points to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate requirements and solution-design sessions with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Commercial, Product, and other business teams. Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and other solution artifacts. Work closely with development and architecture teams to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and support technical estimation and solution design. Partner with Software Quality Assurance and business users to develop test scenarios, coordinate testing and user acceptance testing, validate results, and ensure solutions meet defined business requirements. Evaluate the downstream impacts of new products, customer requirements, pricing models, acquisitions, and business-process changes on billing & quote-to-cash applications. Support application integrations and data flows between commercial, ordering, billing, financial, and enterprise platforms. Investigate and help resolve complex application and process issues, identifying root causes and sustainable solutions rather than relying on manual workarounds. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, eliminate manual effort and waste, strengthen controls, and increase automation. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, application teams, development teams, and other technology functions. Support application and process changes through requirements, design, testing, implementation, stakeholder communication, and stabilization. Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate to the initiative. Demonstrate strong ownership, sound judgment, curiosity, and the ability to independently drive complex work across multiple stakeholder groups.
