The Senior BI Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of BI strategies, processes, and solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business. Key Responsibilities:

• BI Strategy and Roadmap:
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of BI projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership and Development:
  • Build and lead a high-performing BI team, including analysts, developers, and data engineers.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members to foster growth and expertise.
• Data Governance and Architecture:
  • Establish and maintain robust data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Define and implement scalable data architectures and infrastructure to support BI and analytics needs, including data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes.
• BI Solutions Development:
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools.
  • Evaluate and recommend BI technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance capabilities and drive innovation.
• Business Insights and Decision Support:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their BI needs and requirements, translating them into actionable insights and analytics solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and decision support based on data-driven analysis and interpretation of key business metrics and KPIs.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of BI initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize BI processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBIP, TDWI) preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of BI concepts, methodologies, tools, and best practices, including data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering successful BI projects and driving business impact through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinker with a forward-looking vision for leveraging BI and analytics to drive innovation, competitiveness, and business growth.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving, critical thinking, and continuous improvement.
