Job Title: Senior Business Development – OEM Segment (Automotive Lighting)

Experience: 12+ Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives and foster strong relationships with OEM customers in the Commercial Vehicle, Off-Road, and Passenger Vehicle sectors. The ideal candidate will have an extensive database of industry contacts, in-depth market knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue growth while aligning with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain a robust database of key contacts within the Commercial Vehicle, Off-Road, and Passenger Vehicle sectors.
  2. Identify and assess potential markets and suitable products for targeted customer segments.
  3. Leverage extensive knowledge of the PAN India automobile market to create and capitalize on business opportunities.
  4. Establish and nurture strong relationships with OE customers to ensure repeat and long-term business.
  5. Exhibit excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and partnerships.
  6. Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to guide teams and stakeholders towards business goals.
  7. Create and implement comprehensive business roadmaps to achieve organizational targets.
  8. Utilize existing contacts within the automotive lighting industry to generate new leads and partnerships.
  9. Actively contribute to the development of business plans and strategic initiatives for the organization.
  10. Manage RFQs, proposals, and follow-ups to ensure timely customer engagement and satisfaction.
  11. Prepare compelling and customer-centric presentations to drive engagement and trust.
  12. Conduct monthly self-reviews to monitor order pipelines, evaluate progress, and identify new product opportunities.
  13. Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies focused on growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Graduate in technical or non-technical disciplines.
  2. Experience: 12–20 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on business development and OEM customer interactions.
