Job summary

Gruve is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Business Partner to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including digital transformation and M&A programs. You will bridge business and technology teams, translate needs into actionable solutions, manage cross-functional projects, and identify AI-driven opportunities to boost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, solid IT/AI understanding, and excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in CS/IT/EC or related discipline.
• Full-time, two-year MBA from a premier business school.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Business Partner/AI Project Lead or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and business analysis practices.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, project management, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive digital transformation and M&A initiatives across the enterprise, from discovery through delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for process optimization using Generative AI, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Prepare business cases, solution proposals, executive presentations, and project documentation.
• Define project KPIs, track delivery against business objectives, and report progress to leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and UAT.
• Build strong relationships with business and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices, and share insights with the wider team.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Business Partner to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including digital transformation and M&A programs. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions, managing cross-functional projects, and identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a solid understanding of enterprise IT and emerging AI technologies, and brings excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives at once, and stay focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline.
• Full-time, two-year MBA from a premier business school.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Partner, AI Project Lead, Technology Consultant, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and business analysis practices.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, project management, and data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from a leading institution such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, ISB Hyderabad, or XLRI Jamshedpur.
• Experience working with AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, AI agents, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar technologies.
• Prior exposure to M&A integration or large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL Foundation, or AI-related certifications.
