Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Skills

Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering

• Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories, acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical skills to understand the business goals into features

Process Modeling & Documentation

• Proficiency in creating process flows, low-fidelity wireframes
• Skilled in tools such as Draw.io, or equivalent
• Experience in creating feature level mind maps

Project Methodologies

• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks
• Experience in managing requirements across iterative development cycles

Stakeholder Management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams
• Ability to facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business and technical stakeholders

Tools & Platforms

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
