Required Qualifications

• 1. Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, define KPIs, document business rules, and translate business needs into effective reporting and analytical solutions.
• 2. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, semantic models, datasets, and measures using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and related tools.
• 3. Create meaningful visualizations and data stories that highlight trends, exceptions, root causes, opportunities, and recommended business actions.
• 4. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, ETL validation, and quality checks across
• 5. Conduct structured research using public web sources, industry publications, market intelligence platforms, and approved third-party paid data sources. Validate source credibility, data accuracy, and relevance before using the information for business analysis.
• 6. Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, maintain KPI and data definitions, and coordinate corrective actions with technical and business teams.
• 7. Identify repetitive or error-prone processes and use Python, Power Query, Power Automate, VBA, or other suitable tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
• 8. Support the migration of Excel-based reports and manual processes to governed Power BI solutions while improving report usability, performance, consistency, and adoption.
