Qualifications

• This role requires qualification in Revit and 8+ years of experience in structural detailing.
• Must be fluent in English with strong technical terminology and client liaison skills.
• Experience with Revit Structures, ACAD, Navisworks and Microsoft Office is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural detail and concept drawings for building projects, mainly ME oriented.
• Maintain Revit and CAD standards and templates, enforcing processes.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with global WSP teams.
• Develop BIM documentation workflows and ensure quality control of drawings.

This role is to work as part of WSP's Integrated Complementary Resource Centre (GCC) as part of an engineering team and taking a senior role in the production of detailed structural drawings in Revit and AutoCAD focused on production and liaison with the WSP in India global team and mentoring and coaching junior members of the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural detail and concept design drawings for various building and construction types to be built predominantly in ME.
• Responsible for Revit and CAD standards, implementation, and enforcement.
• Creation and maintenance of the software template files to assure standards
• Automate routines to support standards and productivity
• Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced
• Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards

Qualifications

• Qualification in Revit
• Experience: 8+years
• Must be fully conversant with technical structural software, such as Revit Structures, ACAD, and Navisworks
• A sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project is essential
• Must be fluent in English with an excellent understanding of technical terminology
• The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual focused on delivery to the client and technical excellence.
• The role requires management of a number of projects and becoming involved in designs at an early stage.
• Must have good working knowledge of Windows environments, working knowledge of word processing, spread sheets, e-mail, web-enabled applications and database software.

BGV
