Job summary

WSP in India is seeking an MEP BIM Modeler for the Noida office to produce BIM models and detailed engineering designs and construction drawings. You will work on multiple projects, reporting to the BIM Lead functionally and to the Line Manager operationally.

You will prepare MEP 3D BIM coordinated models, perform clash detection, create parametric BIM families, and support design and bid teams with 3D visualizations and 4D modeling, while extracting quantities for BoQs from the model.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM for MEP projects.
• Ability to produce detailed 3D models and drawings.
• Background verification as part of recruitment.

To work as part of our Services Team to provide BIM support to engineering projects. The successful candidate's role will be an MEP BIM Modeler within the WSP in India in our Noida office producing BIM models and detailed engineering designs and construction drawings. You can expect to be active on a number of projects at any given time. You will report to BIM Lead in Project functionally and reporting to Line manager operationally.

Qualifications

BGV:

• Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
