Surbana Jurong Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior BIM Associate - Level 2 to own end-to-end BIM modelling and detailing, delivering high-quality structural outputs across multiple projects.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in RC and structural steel modelling, strong Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks skills, and a track record in coordinating with engineers and teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Structural BIM modelling and detailing.
• Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline.
• Professional certifications in BIM software add advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of BIM modelling and detailing tasks with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and standards compliance.
• Develop and review Structural BIM models (RC & Steel) aligned with Architectural and MEP models.
• Utilize advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, CADSRC (2D/3D), Navisworks, and hands on with ACC.
• Perform complex structural modelling, reinforcement detailing, and thorough self-checks.
• Conduct Revit model reviews, resolve warnings/errors, and guide team members accordingly.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, Lead office teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Raise RFIs proactively and flag design or coordination issues at the right stage.
• Support multiple projects during workshare requirements and peak delivery periods.
• Implement automation and computational tools to improve productivity and efficiency.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior BIM Associate - Level 2 to join our GDC. This role is ideal for a seasoned BIM professional who takes complete ownership of deliverables, leads by example, and consistently produces high-quality structural BIM models and drawings across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of BIM modelling and detailing tasks with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and standards compliance.
• Develop and review Structural BIM models (RC & Steel) aligned with Architectural and MEP models.
• Utilize advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, CADSRC (2D/3D), Navisworks, and hands on with ACC.

• Strong expertise in RC & Structural Steel modelling and detailing.
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, CADSRC Navisworks, BIM standards, and drafting standards.
• Advanced Revit family creation skills tailored to project requirements.
• Active involvement in automation initiatives and computational forums (Dynamo, Grasshopper, etc.).
• Good working knowledge of MS Office for tracking, reporting, and communication.
• Mentor and guide mid-level and junior BIM team members.
• Actively contribute to training initiatives within the team.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
