Quik Hire Staffing's client is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Node.js backend services for a high-traffic platform.

This is a full-time, remote role with cross-functional collaboration to deliver low-latency cloud-native solutions. You will build RESTful and GraphQL APIs, leverage AWS services like EC2/Lambda/RDS, and implement CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and containers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js backend development.
• Proficient with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation).
• Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes/ECS.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience with automated testing (unit/integration/end-to-end).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Terraform.

Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js, AWS) to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services for a high-traffic platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, low-latency solutions in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Node.js-based microservices using AWS services.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs with a focus on security and efficiency.
• Lead architectural decisions for cloud infrastructure, including EC2, Lambda, and RDS.

Required Skills & Qualifications
