Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for APIM resources.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Configure API security mechanisms including OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, mTLS, and Azure AD authentication.
• Set up monitoring and logging using Grafana, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or ELK Stack.

Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure APIM Engineerwho will possess deep expertise in Azure API Management and modern DevOps practices, with a strong focus on automation, security, performance, and scalable API lifecycle management in a cloud-native environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, deploy, and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM)
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for APIM resources
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Configure API security mechanisms including OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, mTLS, and Azure AD authentication
• Set up monitoring and logging using Grafana, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or ELK Stack
• Apply rate limiting, throttling, and policy enforcement for robust API governance
• Manage Azure networking for API endpoints, including load balancing and traffic management
• Oversee full API lifecycle management, versioning, documentation, and governance
• Automate operations using PowerShell, Bash, and other scripting tools
• Optimize API performance through caching, request routing, and failover strategies
