Job summary

Fractal Analytics, a leading AI and analytics company in India, invites senior DevOps professionals to join a fast-growing platform engineering team. Your work will design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines on AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform, enabling reliable deployments and scalable infrastructure.

You will collaborate across squads to automate provisioning with IaC, enforce security best practices, monitor systems, and optimize release processes, while mentoring junior engineers

Qualifications

• Experience with designing and managing CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and release automation.
• Security and monitoring practices for cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools and services.
• Configure and maintain build agents, release pipelines, and automation scripts for deployment processes.
• Utilize IaC principles to automate provisioning of AWS resources with Terraform/ARM templates.

How You Will Make an Impact / Job Responsibilities

• Experience: 6-9 years (Mandatory- AWS, devops, platform engineering, kubernetes, docker etc)
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools and services.
• Configure and maintain build agents, release pipelines, and automation scripts for deployment processes.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to automate the provisioning and management of AWS resources using tools like ARM templates or Terraform
• Manage and optimize source code repositories using version control systems (e.g., Git) within AWS DevOps.
• Implement branching strategies and code merging processes to ensure efficient collaboration among development teams.
• Set up and manage automated build processes to ensure the reliability and consistency of code compilation.
• Integrate automated testing into the CI pipeline for code quality assurance.
• Implement security best practices for Azure resources and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with security teams to conduct regular security assessments and address vulnerabilities.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track application performance and system health.
• Configure logging and tracing mechanisms for troubleshooting and analysis.
