Job summary

Techwave is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (L3) to join our Managed Services team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and ongoing optimization.

• 5-8 years of Infrastructure Administration experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on AWS Infrastructure support.
• Experience in L2/L3 Cloud Operations.
• Experience handling production incidents and critical issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure in a Managed Services environment.
• Perform administration of AWS Compute, Storage, Networking, and Identity services.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and restore services within agreed SLAs.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Monitor cloud environments and respond to alerts.
• Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery support.
• Execute infrastructure changes following change management processes.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
• Support patching, maintenance, and planned infrastructure activities.
• Work closely with application, security, and customer teams during incident resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in rotational on-call support when required.
