Are you passionate about building seamless, smart, and intuitive AV experiences?

We’re looking for a Senior AV Programmer to lead the programming, integration, and commissioning of world-class Audio-Visual systems across corporate, education, hospitality, and enterprise projects.

What You’ll Do

• Program and deploy control systems (Crestron / AMX / Extron / Q-SYS / Biamp)
• Build intuitive touchpanel UIs and automation logic
• Configure DSPs, video routing, networked audio (Dante/AES67), and device integrations
• Lead on‑site commissioning: rack setup, wiring validation, troubleshooting & handover
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and field technicians
• Train end‑users and support post‑installation service

What You Bring

• 7+ years of AV programming & field integration experience
• Proven on‑site commissioning expertise (boardrooms, auditoriums, command centers, etc.)
• Certifications like Crestron (Level 3+), Q‑SYS Designer, AMX ACE, Extron, or Biamp DSP
• Strong grasp of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs) and AV signal flows
• Leadership, client‑handling, and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% when required
• Work on high‑end enterprise AV environments
• Take ownership of system quality & user experience
