Job summary

PwC in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Quality Assurance professional to lead middleware integrations and software testing efforts. You will work on APIGEE and related technologies to deliver robust SaaS-based solutions, while coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

4–7 years of relevant experience, BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA, and strong Analytical Thinking, Communication, and API skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

4 to 7 years of experience in software development and middleware integration.
Minimum 2+ years of client-facing experience in integration, implementation, software development, networking, or operations roles.
Experience in data migration from existing client tools and legacy systems.
Hands-on experience implementing and integrating solutions within SaaS-based environments.
Solid understanding and experience working with ERP, HCM/HRIS, and SFA/CRM platforms and integrating them with Workfront.
Demonstrated ability to work with and integrate third‑party software and APIs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to define and implement middleware integration solutions.
Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations with Workfront and related systems.
Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Provide technical guidance on API integrations and vendor solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver timely updates.
Create and maintain technical documentation and best-practice guides.
Assist in continuous improvement of QA methods and processes.

Responsibilities

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Tools/Technology Needed

Certified in Adobe Workfront and/or Workfront Fusion, or experience with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, APIGEE, SnapLogic, KONG, SOA/OSB/OIC, Dell Boomi, or WSO2.
Candidates with a background in middleware technologies who are willing to cross‑skill in Workfront are encouraged to apply.
