Job summary

PwC Bengaluru seeks a Senior Associate in Advisory Operations Management to drive software quality engineering, development standards, and feature-rich product innovations.

You will focus on defect resolution, performance optimisation, and user experience, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver SaaS solutions through ERP/HCM/CRM integrations with Workfront and middleware such as APIGEE and MuleSoft.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of software development or integration experience.
• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA required; engineering degrees preferred.
• Experience with data migration and SaaS integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• 3–8 years in software development and middleware integration.
• 2+ years client-facing experience in integration or operations.
• Experience migrating data from client tools and legacy systems.
• Hands-on SaaS solution implementation and integration.

Responsibilities

3 to 8 years of professional experience in software development and middleware integration. Minimum 2+ years of client-facing experience in integration, implementation, software development, networking, or operations roles. Experience in data migration from existing client tools and legacy systems. Hands-on experience implementing and integrating solutions within SaaS-based environments. Solid understanding and experience working with enterprise systems of record like ERP, HCM/HRIS, and SFA/CRM platforms and integrating them with Workfront. Demonstrated ability to work with and integrate third-party software and APIs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Tools/Technology Needed

Certified in Adobe Workfront and/or Workfront Fusion, or experience with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, APIGEE, SnapLogic, KONG, SOA/OSB/OIC, Dell Boomi, or WSO2. Candidates with a background in middleware technologies who are willing to cross-skill in Workfront are encouraged to apply.
