Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Test Analyst (Automation Testing, Specflow) to join the Checkout Products team and drive quality across our backend services.

You will develop and maintain automated test scripts, lead test activities, and collaborate with engineers to ensure performance, security, and reliability. Proven leadership in test environments and hands-on automation with C# and SpecFlow are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of overall test engineering experience.
• At least 6 years in backend API testing.
• At least 6 years in automation testing with C# and SpecFlow/ReqNroll framework.
• Strong leadership qualities as a test lead.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and upgrades automated and manual test scripts and tools.
• Performs usability testing for performance, reliability, scalability and security.
• Communicates testing activities and findings clearly; manages daily test tasks.
• Provides internal quality assurance.

What You’ll Own

• Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
• Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
• Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms. Controls and manages own daily test activities.
• Provides internal quality assurance.
• Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Organizes and maintains the test script library.
• Other related duties assigned as needed

What You’ll Bring

• 6-10 Years of overall Test Engineer Experience
• 6 years at least in backend API testing
• 6 years at least in Automation testing experience with C# and Specflow/Reqnroll framework.
• Strong leadership qualities as a test lead and ability to speak out when needed
