Job summary

Global Payments in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Automation Tester with 6-10 years of experience to join our Checkout Products team. You will lead automation efforts for backend APIs using C# and Specflow, develop robust test scripts, and ensure quality across the suite.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior testers, and drive testing strategies to mitigate risks and improve product quality in a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of overall Test Engineer experience.
• 6 years at least in backend API testing.
• 6 years at least in automation testing experience with C# and Specflow/Reqnroll framework.
• Strong leadership qualities as a test lead.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and upgrades test scripts, utilities, simulators, and data sets.
• Performs usability testing for system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
• Communicates testing activities and findings clearly in oral and written form; manages daily tests.
• Provides internal quality assurance and supports test lead in risk mitigation.
• Organizes and maintains the test script library and related tools.
• Performs other related duties as needed.

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for Software Test Analyst Senior (Automation Testing,Specflow) to join our ever-evolving Checkout Products team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

• Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
• Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
• Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
  Controls and manages own daily test activities.
• Provides internal quality assurance.
• Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Organizes and maintains the test script library.
• Other related duties assigned as needed

What you’ll bring

• 6-10 Years of overall Test Engineer Experience
