Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources is looking for a Senior Associate (Contract Position) to support the Treasury suite of system applications, spanning Global Treasury, ERP, and related systems. The role is contract-based and located in India with multiple city placements including Bangalore, Pune, and Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FIS Sungard - Quantum, TRAX, and TSG, and a solid understanding of treasury processes within an MNC.

Qualifications

• Experience with FIS Sungard - Quantum and TRAX environments.
• Knowledge of treasury processes within a multinational corporation.
• Understanding of electronic bank statement formats MT940/MT942 and related formats.
• Familiarity with MT101 and PAIN001 payment formats.
• Experience in SSC (Shared Services Center) operating models.

Responsibilities

• Support treasury system applications including curve of operations.
• Troubleshoot interfaces with Reuters, banks, FX All and ERPs.
• Assist deployment of treasury systems in new geographies.
• Design Trax enrichments using treasury and banking knowledge.
• Maintain daily treasury management tickets and SLA-based resolutions.
• Support accounting and general ledger posting rules for treasury transactions.
• Support upgrades and migrations of treasury systems.

Overview

Role Summary

The purpose of this role is to support the Treasury suite of system applications, which supports the Global Treasury, ERP, 3rd party software, Accounting, payments and collections. This position is contract position.

Responsibilities

• FIS Sungard - Quantum,TRAX & TSG experience
• Knowledge of Treasury function within a MNC
• Understanding of EBS formats predominantly MT940,MT942,AFB120,CSB43,BAI & CBI
• Knowledge of payment formats MT101, PAIN001
• Experience of SSC organization
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally
• A proven team player with excellent communication skills, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Support all treasury operation system issues out of Trax and Quantum.
• Support accounting and general ledger posting rules for all Treasury transactions
• Support deployment of treasury systems in new Geographies
• Design Trax enrichments utilizing Treasury and Banking knowledge
• Support implementation of system upgrades/migration
• Troubleshooting interfacing issues with Reuters, banks, FX All and ERPs
• Swift, FX ALL Administration
• Maintenance of Reuters Interface for importing of FX/interest rates
• Assist in planned & ad hoc projects as directed by management
• Support Business Operation and audit process
• Daily monitoring of our treasury management ticketing systems
• Allocation/resolution of all tickets in a timely manner in line with the SLA
