Job summary

Mindsprint Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Consultant in a hybrid setup across Chennai or Bangalore. The role covers end-to-end TRM implementations, forex and derivatives handling, and seamless Front/Middle/Back Office integration.

The candidate will lead workshops, configure modules, perform testing, support UAT, manage data migration, and ensure governance across projects with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6-14 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• Strong knowledge in Forex, Derivatives, Borrowings, Deposits, and Exposure Management.
• Hands-on experience in Front, Middle, and Back Office operations.
• Experience in Trade Finance and Treasury process automation.
• Strong understanding of integration with FI, CO, and other financial modules.

Responsibilities

• Implement Change Requests & Projects as per best practices within agreed timelines/SLAs.

• Engage with internal project governance teams to ensure excellence in delivery and quality.
• Provide regular production support.
• Connect and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct regular status reviews with business teams.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation and support experience across Front, Middle, and Back Office treasury processes and should be well-versed in managing trade finance, borrowings, deposits, and exposure management within SAP.

• Configure and support Front, Middle, and Back Office processes within Treasury.
• Handle Exposure Management and ensure effective risk monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support Trade Finance and related treasury workflows ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Work closely with the finance, risk, and accounting teams to ensure alignment of treasury processes.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and user training for implemented solutions
