Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a highly motivated Transfer Pricing associate to support the transfer pricing team in delivering advisory, compliance, and documentation services.

This role is ideal for candidates who are MBA (Finance), ACCA or graduates with a strong interest in Transfer Pricing and International Taxation. 1+ year of experience in TP and International taxation is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA/ACCA or related degree with finance focus and TP interest.
• Knowledge of Indian TP Rules and OECD guidelines preferred.
• 1+ year of transfer pricing or international taxation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation (Local File and Master File) per Indian TP regulations and OECD guidelines.
• Support benchmarking studies using various databases.
• Help with Form 3CEB preparation, data gathering & Advisory.
• Support TP audit submissions and notices/assessments.

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing associate to support the transfer pricing team in delivering advisory, compliance, and documentation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation (Local File and Master File) in line with Indian TP regulations and OECD guidelines.
• Support in benchmarking studies using various databases.
• Help with Form 3CEB preparation, data gathering & Advisory.
• Support in TP audit support and preparing submissions for notices and assessments/Litigations.

Competencies

• Knowledge of Income Tax Act, Indian TP Rules, OECD Guidelines preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with databases like Capitaline & Prowess is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
