Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources in India (Gurugram) seeks an experienced SAP PS specialist to customize and support the PS module, including integrations with CO/MM/SD/FI. The role covers cost and revenue planning, project structuring, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Responsibilities include L3 support, incident management, workshops, and documentation, with a focus on process improvements and automation across SAP PS and related interfaces.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SAP PS module with integration to CO, MM, SD, FI.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations and SAP PS configurations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Customize SAP PS to meet business needs.
• SAP PS configurations and L3 support for issues.
• Manage high-priority incidents (P1/P2) and adhere to SLAs.
• Handle project structures, cost planning, and revenue recognition.
• Lead workshops for process adoption and major enhancements.
• Prepare effort estimates and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct unit/integration/UAT testing and document results.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and update training materials.
• Drive automation and improve in-house tools for efficiency.

• Support agency closing processes and continuous improvements
• Integrate SAP with in-house and third-party systems

• Prepare and update support documentation and training materials
• Driving automation initiatives and enhancing in-house tools to streamline organizational processes and maximize operational efficiency
