Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP PS Consultant to customize and optimize SAP PS to meet business needs. You will configure SAP PS, troubleshoot issues (L3), and manage high-priority incidents while aligning cost and revenue planning with project structures.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, integrating SAP with internal and third-party systems, delivering timely estimates, and driving automation to improve efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SAP PS module with fair understanding on its integration with CO, MM, SD, FI
• Strong grasp of cost planning, Revenue planning, budgeting, and actual cost tracking
• Understanding on SAP PS custom exits and its best utilization
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations
• Project structuring: WBS, networks, milestones

Responsibilities

• Customize SAP PS to meet business needs.
• SAP PS Configurations
• Support and troubleshoot SAP PS-related issues (L3 support)
• Manage high-priority incidents (P1/P2), perform RCA, and maintain SLAs
• Handle project structures, cost planning, and revenue recognition
• Support agency closing processes and continuous improvements
• Integrate SAP with in-house and third-party systems
• Lead workshops for process adoption and major enhancements
• Prepare effort estimates and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing
• Prepare and update support documentation and training materials
• Driving automation initiatives and enhancing in-house tools to streamline organizational processes and maximize operational efficiency
• Analyze IT processes and propose improvements to bring solution improvements
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions
• Track delivery timelines and gather feedback
