Qualifications

• CA and additional qualification like CIA, DISA CISA, CFE will be preferable.
• Minimum 1.5-3 years of relevant experience into Risk Advisory Services - Non BFSI Sector (Manufacturing / Real Estate / Retail / Hospitality / Health Care / Service / Media / Technology and others).
• Core Internal Audit experience including reviews of systems, internal controls and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently executing assignments or monitoring the assignments (Typical assignments comprise of conducting reviews of systems, internal controls - Internal Audit and Internal financial controls, re-engineering processes, documentation of SOPs, Enterprise Risk Management).
• Assisting clients in addressing compliance, financial, operational, and strategic risk.
• Coaching, training, and supporting Associates and Senior Associates in the team.
• Delivering profitability by utilization of the Team deployed on the project.
• Meeting quality guidelines within turnaround time.
• Ensuring compliances to company’s or organisation’s policies and procedures.
• Travelling within and outside Mumbai as necessary to meet client needs.

Experience and Qualification:

• Effectively delivering tasks on projects as guided by the management team.
• Meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround time.
• Ensuring compliances to company’s or organisation’s policies and procedures.
• Travelling within and outside Mumbai as necessary to meet client needs.
